Finding Health Through Self-Care

Saturday, August 4, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Come and enjoy the morning taking care of all aspects of yourself- body, mind, and spirit. Our time will include a walk together then discussion of what good self-care looks like and what gets in the way of making it a practice in our lives. We will then have some time to reflect and respond to what the Spirit is speaking to us through self-care. More>

Yoga Flow Classes-Cancelled!

Courtney Rohan teaches a dynamic Yoga Flow Class structured to create an idea or feeling within the body with the use of breath, poses, mudras (gestures), mantras (sacred word), and clear instruction. By the end of each class, students will have explored their body’s ability to relax, realign and release. Practitioners of all levels can enjoy this practice. More>

Beginner’s Series–for those who are new to yoga-Cancelled!

Enjoy Beginner’s Series yoga foundation workshops along with as many Yoga Flow Classes as you can attend for 6 WEEKS!! Learn how to easily and safely move into and out of poses that take your specific needs into account. This practice will focus on how to access basic yoga poses with focus on breathwork, standing poses, twists, seated postures, and simple back bends and inversions. More>
