Pilates
Pilates for Body, Mind and Spirit Class (And New! Prenatal Pilates)
Thursdays (open to all), 6:30-7:20 a.m. (Sept. 16-Oct. 21)
Prenatal Pilates (expectant mothers), every other Monday, 6:00-6:50 p.m.: Sept. 13, 27; Oct. 11, 25; Nov. 8, 22
In addition to the benefits of strengthening the body and focusing the mind, our Pilates classes also tend to the spirit by offering each session in a peaceful, contemplative setting that helps us become more aware of the presence of God. More>
Join Musetta Perezarce, Certified Pilates Instructors, for these once-a-week opportunities to care for yourself. The fee for each session is $12, or $60 for the entire 6-week series. Registration is strongly suggested, as there are only 6 spaces available per class.
Musetta Perezarce - Certified Pilates Instructor
Musetta Perezarce has been a Registered Nurse for over eight years. Drawn to experiences of teaching, healing and building community, she began to explore the practice of Pilates. Musetta became certified as a Pilates instructor in 2006. Her life passion is to strengthen and support health: spiritually, emotionally and physically.

Toni Kim - Healing Touch Therapist
Toni Kim is inspired by the calling of the Spirit to offer Healing Touch, a deeply peaceful yet powerful form of touch therapy that honors the traditional art of laying on of hands as you breathe into the sacred stillness where God's healing presence can work in you. More>
Your heart and your healing matter, and sessions include time for you to share aloud, contemplative silence to clarify your heart's more private concerns, and prayer and anointing with oil if you so choose. Are you carrying stress, anxiety or injuries? Come away and rest in a safe refuge. It's time for a wonderful experience of unburdening and renewal. Toni is a certified bodyworker with many years of training and experience in a variety of healing therapies for women. (Comfortable cotton clothing is provided). Donations for her work go to the Journey Center.
Rosemary White - Massage Therapist
Rosemary White, a certified Massage Therapist, brings peace, calm, refreshing, and her “Healing Hands” to women who are experiencing stress, tension, and pain in their bodies. More>
Rosemary primarily uses Swedish style massage which consists of long graceful strokes using natural massage oils scented with essential plant oils for an aroma-therapeutic effect. Other techniques she’s been trained in are Hot Stone Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Chair Massage, Pregnancy Massage, and Spa Facials. She specializes in helping relieve muscle spasms and tension in the upper back, neck and shoulders related to injuries. Rosemary welcomes you to come and continue your journey of healing with her and the Creator. In each session you will feel the difference her massage techniques make right away and you will leave relaxed knowing you made the right decision for your health and well-being.
Chayo Alvarez - Massage Therapist

Chayo received her certification from the California Institute of Massage and has 13 years of professional experience incorporating various massage techniques: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Trigger Point, Acupressure, Reflexology, Healing Touch, Prenatal/Pregnancy and Spa Services. She specializes in deep tissue and neck and shoulder massage. Chayo’s warm, nurturing and loving personality helps to provide a safe and sacred atmosphere in which you can relax, experience the loving presence of God, and experience the benefits of the gift she has been given.
Acupuncture
Rachel Tan - Acupuncturist
Rachel Tan is a Licensed Acupuncturist with a PhD in Oriental Medicine Research Advancement. She has been practicing acupuncture and Chinese medicine for over 25 years. Her clinical experience of working as a physician in hospitals in China and private practice in Marin combined with her first-hand understanding of disease, pain, and suffering make her a special person and a wonderful resource for those who search for healing or desire to preventive illness and maintain health.
